We help our business clients enforce security interests following default by a debtor under Article 9 of the UCC. Our attorney, Bill V. Wilkinson also represent our business clients in breach of contract claims and litigation that arises out of vendor or supplier contracts.

We also offer business clients sound legal counsel in fraud claim disputes including fraud claims by one company against another and/or claims made against an employee or director.
